The Numa Prague Republika offers rooms with a sitting area complete with an air conditioner. They are furnished with sound-proofed windows, and also come with a mini bar fridge and coffee/tea making facilities. A separate toilet and a shower, along with such comforts as a hairdryer and bath sheets are also at guests' disposal.
